99 Dodge Ram A/C Blend Door Upgrade

The Plastic on these year Dodge Ram trucks becomes brittle and has a lot of issues. One of the problems this creates is the Plastic A/C blend doors Crack and break, then cease to function. We purchased a kit from Ebay that came with replacement aluminum doors and other hardware to replace the plastic components that are prone to breaking. When you're removing the evaporator and blower case, it's a good idea to go ahead and replace the heater and evaporator cores since it's such a big job to get the evaporator/blower case out of the truck. This heater core had been leaking on this truck and the customer didn't even realize it. This a/c and heater system functions great now!
