Learn more about this system of joint connector kits that can be used to create an almost infinite variety of structures. By joining carbon fiber tubes and plates using these aircraft-grade aluminum joints and screws, you can achieve lightweight structures that are very strong and modular. The connections are mechanical, removing the need for adhesives and eliminating potential bond failures. The CARBONNect™ system is designed to be used with three standard sizes of off-the-shelf carbon fiber tubes and most carbon fiber plates. The system is highly flexible, but its standardization offers weight, schedule and cost savings relative to other custom-built structures. This system is comprised of eight types of joints. We also offer tool kits for the individual consumer based on the size of the tubing used.
