User Research makes us realize who we’re designing for, what their needs and goals are, and the context of use which will interact with our product or service. Offering a good experience is no longer a differentiating element. People used to think that providing a nice experience was required to stand out from the rest. Now users require this as a minimal condition. There’s so much information on the internet, so many products available, users have a lot to choose from. Obviously, they’ll choose the product that offers the best experience.
