Hello everyone, in todays video I show you how to perform a rear suspension service on your RockShox Monarch R rear shock. This guide goes through the disassembly and reassembly of the air can and is recommended after around 50 hours of riding. This was done on the shock of my own bike, and I feel that it greatly improved the small bump sensitivity and all around feel of my bike. Sadly, I snapped my frame so I was not able to enjoy it but in the small amount of time I did get to ride, it felt much better. Anyways, I hope you found this guide helpful or at least entertaining.
