This system can chip wood up to 3" (whatever will fit in the chute) and mulch yard waste as well. You can also get a vacuum accessory for this machine to suck up loose leaves and yard debris. The shredder and engine both come with a 5 year warranty as well! This machine was pretty easy to assemble needing only three open end wrenches (3/8", 1/2", 5/8").
