Hi folks, thank you for visiting. I'm Dale, since 2015 I have been making handmade cigar box guitars, ukuleles and starting in 2021 wine and cigar box amplifiers, from the cutting and shaping of the necks to the fret work and electronics. It is all done by me. I feel that the quality of the fret work is the most important part of the play ability of the instrument and I strive to make it right. The looks are secondary especially when using recycled boxes, the little imperfections gives them uniqueness and character. I offer a quality product at a reasonable price. This beauty is made from a Corona Cigar Co. cigar box. It has a maple neck and maple/walnut/cherry fret board with a bone nut. 25" scale length with 0 medium frets. Alnico 5 single coil pickup Ernie Ball Super Slinky A thru B strings. Chrome Half moon closed back tuners. Plays and sounds great.
