I often see skiers who are not symmetric in my On Line Fast Track Ski programme and also in my in person lessons. This is not surprising since we might balance better on one foot than the other or be stronger poling on one side than the other. But in most xc ski techniques we want to be symmetrical and so we need to be aware of any imbalances and begin to corrent them.
