This is a quick and very heavily compressed audio recording of the Synsonic drum machine from the early 80's. The raw output is going into an analogue mixer and it has some heavy compression just because. Difficult to eq those pure noise hihats in the same mix as those analogue toms and that deep click bass! Separating out parts and recording would allow far greater control – the hihats and snare sound great solo through a splashy reverb. The string sound here is from a Yamaha SY85
