You can deploy your Java Spring boot application using serverless technology like beanstalk on AWS. This tutorial will help you configure your elastic beanstalk environment so it can use https url with the help of elastic load balancer and cloudfront distribution. I create a simple Java Spring boot application as the backend that will be deployed using elastic beanstalk and a simple react application as the frontend that will be deployed in S3 bucket and accessed using cloudfront distribution. Cloudfront distribution will provide you with https url so your backend and frontend can be connected because their run at the same protocol using https.
