Using the OM-1 and 150-400mm lens to film and photograph my favourite thrush

The Ring ouzel is a summer vistitor to the U.K., but stays late into the autumn feeding on our berry crop. Rowen is the favourite for many birds. In Wales I work from the car window and get close enough to photograph them without much effort. I use the OM-1 camera and the 150-400mm lens resting on a bean bag. At first I shoot at 6400 iso until the light builds up and I am able to revert to my normal 1600 iso.
