Shimano Di2 Battery Replacement (complete strip and rebuild). After my Di2 battery kept losing charge, I stripped down the battery unit and tested and then replaced the 2 Litihium Ion 14430 batteries. This is a guide on how to strip and rebuild the unit. Total cost was £13.99 compared to a new Di2 battery of £135.00.
