Ingredients: Beef- 300gm Rice- 500gm Refined Oil- 150gm Ginger Paste- 1tablespoon Garlic Paste- 1tablespoon Green Cardamon or Elaichi- 2to 3 Cloves or Laung Sugar- 1tablespoon Salt- 1tablespoon Or to taste Onion- 3medium sized Bay leaf Or Tezpatte Cinnamon stick Or Dalchini- 2big size Hot water as required.
