Bandar Lampung isn’t exactly on the radar for most travelers, and honestly, I didn’t expect much when I arrived. But as I explored, I found myself more and more intrigued by this quiet city. I started my day with a visit to the Tugu Juang monument and the Radin Inten statue, soaking in the city’s unique mix of history and resilience. Then, a stop at a local mall for a coffee turned into an unexpected encounter with a full-on cosplay event! Not something you expect on a casual walk, right? To top things off, I stayed in a hotel run by the Red Cross, which isn’t something you see every day.
