40-Minute Strength Workout (Leg Day) || with warm-up & cool down

If your goal is to get stronger, leaner, and more toned... I've got a workout for you! This comes directly from our popular STRONG45 Workout Program which can be found below: https://hiitburn.com/strong45-challenge/ This workout is a LEG DAY and will focus on lots of amazing exercises for helping you get stronger. Do your best to use a challenging weight on each exercise today so that you can really push yourself in today's workout. All you'll need for this is a set of dumbbells and a bench (optional) The workout is laid out for you below. In the video, you'll also get a warm up and a cool down. For rest periods, rest 45-90 seconds between strength sets and supersets. Between exercises on supersets, take 5-10 seconds to transition. Strength Set 1: 1) Goblet Squats: 4 sets x 12 reps Strength Set 2: 2) Dumbbell RDL: 4 sets x 12 reps Superset 1: 3 rounds 3A) DB Hip Thrusts: 12 reps 3B) Alternating Reverse Lunges: 10 reps per side Superset 2: 3 rounds 4A) Bulgarian Split Squats: 10 reps per leg 4B) Glute Raises: 15 reps Finisher: 30-15 interval for 3 rounds 5A) Incline Pushups 5B) Air Squats 5C) In-n-Outs This is an amazing workout that I think you'll really enjoy.
