The distance to Foinaven trig point is 12 miles approximately and can take 9 to 10 hours depending on your fitness and navigation skills. The views from the ridge of Foinaven is fantastic with panoramic views of Arkle Mountain and Meall Horn and ben stack,loch stack Cranstackie and Beinn Spionnaidh mountain's.
