Anna Chandy is India's leading supervising and training transaction analyst, and the chairperson of The Live Love Laugh Foundation, founded by Deepika Padukone. Under her leadership, TLLF has been successfully creating an impact and fighting stigmas surrounding mental health with the help of campaigns like Dobara Poochho. With over 20 years of experience, Anna has counselled, trained,and motivated several individuals,including Deepika Padukone. In this talk, Anna gives a holistic picture on the state of mental health in India, the symptoms and process of depression, and why it is important to #DobaraPoochho. Anna serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of The Live Love Laugh Foundation, a not for profit organization working in the area of depression, anxiety and stress, that was founded by actor Deepika Padukone in 2015. She is the first Certified Training and Supervising Transactional Analyst from Asia, with a specialization in Counselling, accredited to the prestigious International Transactional Analysis Association. Her primary area of interest is the design of strategic interventions to support organisational development and enabling powerful personal change. She runs advanced Personal Development Programs using Transactional Analysis as well as train- ing groups to certify towards becoming Certified Transactional Analysts in Coaching, Counseling or Adult Education.
