I apologize in advance for the delays, a power-outage caused the entire video to be lost the first time and so a second video was rushed out. Anyway, the full image link to the tierlist can be found above, and remember if you don't see a champion on the list, it's because I classify it as just not being good enough relative to everything else listed. Also remember that this tier list is based on the assumed likely game knowledge and skill level of everyone at those tiers. If you put in an even amount of time on X listed champion, it should in most cases produce higher positive winrate results than other champions. This time around I did not do the !'s with yellow and red, so some champions that I believe could be listed (such as Shaco) are missing from some lists. I wanted to not leave any interpretation this time around, so I hope you all enjoy and go get elo.
