Grandaddy Basin is one of the more popular basins of the Uintas Wilderness of Utah. Beyond Grandaddy Lake there are 20+ lakes and miles of trails to explore. Jared and I took a weekend and backpacked 22 miles from the Grandview Trailhead up over Hades Pass and then working our way West to East in a loop around Grandaddy Basin.
