Hi, this is Michelle. We will learn Tekla Badarzewska’s A Maiden’s Prayer in this lesson. Badarzewska, born in 1834 and died in 1861, was a romantic era polish composer. She wrote about 35 small compositions for piano, and the opus 4, A Maiden’s Prayer, is the most famous among them. This is a bilingual (Chinese, English) free piano lessons channel. I am (Michelle Lin) a pianist and teacher. I have been teaching piano privately for more than 40 years and college class piano for 20 years. I would like to share this unique experience with people who want to learn piano but do not have the means or time to do it. I received Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, U.S.A.
