A couple of months ago I moved to an ilsland in Northern Norway to start a life close to nature what is for me the most magical place there is. Right now were in the middle of June and it is fully spring. Because we are living above the artic cirkle it is light the whole day and night for a couple of months, this is called the midnight sun. Every evening its so beutiful when the sun is shining between the mountain tops around the house. It reminds me of autumn. I made my own version of risotto in the Dutch Oven and we went out for a fishing trip to the lake in the mountains. Thank you so much for watching!
