well, now that the season is over and the leaves are all picked. The only thing left to do is wait till they are all color cured. Like I stated in the video, the temperatures and humidity very throughout the days and weeks(because I chose to hang them outside and uncovered). So the only thing I can do to help that, is apply shade when needed, and squirt them with an "atomizer" (a.k.a squirt/spray bottle) Doing these things will help me to control the humidity and the temperature as best as I can, to allow for even curing. In the mean time I will be acquiring the materials needed to construct a fermentation chamber. Stay tuned and thanks for watching! JJ
