You may have noticed, and some have asked, that we’ve not been out as much as we used to be. The truth is we’ve had a bit of a time of it! However, we believe we really have turned a corner, together! I’ve done a new video and edited slightly differently from our normal offering. I let MrsO see it before uploading and she thinks, like me, that even the smallest amount of awareness of the menopause is a very valuable thing. Me, I think if us lads knew more about it life would be very much easier and make way more sense if we just knew what was going on. The minute I informed myself, it all started to get slightly more manageable. If you follow us you’ll know how much of a big step doing this route is for Lisa. We thought she’d developed a huge fear of heights! What we were actually experiencing was anxiety brought on by the menopause which had been sneaking up on us for a number of years! And I mean proper stealth, ninja style! 🥷 For the lads, this is very unsettling, especially when you don’t understand what the menopause can do to the ladies. For the ladies, this is life challenging and changing. We’ve had some big ups and downs recently which unfortunately came to a head. However, once we knew what was going on. We began to fix it! All credit to this amazing woman for the steps she took, steps which were very tough for her. A very independent and normally resilient woman eventually that needed a little helping hand. One that wasn’t mine! 🎥 Our latest little adventure film is dedicating to MrsO and all the other ladies that are working through the menopause. A little help and understanding goes a long way!!
