In the summer of 2020, I decided to explore a small waterway called the Dogfish River located in south central Ontario. Definitely a peculiar name, but what drew me most was all the hash marks across the river indicating falls and rapids. To help me explore this small and obscure river, I gathered together some friends with the understanding that this trip wouldn't be easy. Luckily enough getting paddlers wasn't the hard part, rather, trying to get access to the water. With some mixed info from campers we finally managed, but it would just be a warm up of what more was to come! This covers day 1 and part of day 2.
