We can block and reflect crazy amounts of damage back or we can use our pvp proc sets to chase and kill people making this a force to be reckoned with. With the changes to Cyrodiil, this build won't work there but is phenomenal in battlegrounds, imperial city and duels so is worth looking into as you may come across it yourself! Enjoy!
