How to make a church cake with modeling chocolate. I made this cake for the grand opening of the newly renovated St. Stephen Retreat Center in Titusville, Florida : https://retreatcenter.suscopts.org/ 🍰 The 9"x 18" x 6" cake was chocolate with dark chocolate ganache wrapped in modeling chocolate panels.
