ALRIGHT! We Are Late With This Premiere,But Better Late Than Never! These 2 Homes Were A Mess And This Is By Far The Tallest Grass I've Cut So Far!! I Originally Planned To Cut A Property Off Of 17th Street right down the road from our last premiere but upon driving by that home someone had already cut it! :) I had another property in mind but before approaching it I decided to cruise through the community to see if there were any homes I had missed. I immediately noticed a public nuisance home but it wasn't due to grass and trash so I left straight from that property and headed to 25th street to check on a property that Ive been wanting to cut for the past few weeks. To my surprise the grass hadn't been cut yet and there wasn't only 1 home that needed maintenance , it was in fact two homes! TWO HOMES DEEMED PUBLIC NUISANCES! I hadn't seen such a thing since last year when Al and I cut those tow joining properties in Vero. This was a lot of work but it had to be done! People live steps away from these homes and I can only imagine what they have dealt with these past years with the grass being right next to their homes! Animals, pest, people looking to vandalize the two homes and loiter around them for the wrong reasons. Also the neighbors were elders and I just could not believe they were living next to this! These reasons alone can cause a homeowner to feel uncomfortable! So I pulled up, popped the trunk and got to work! I worked 4 long days from Tuesday to Friday Afternoon! But it was so worth it viewing the results afterwards! I was also able to draw attention to these homes and I sure hope someone buys them soon!! We met some great people on and off camera.
