SPI (Solder Paste Inspection)เครื่องตรวจสอบการวางบัดกรีหรือการตรวจสอบวางประสาน 3D 4.Place หรือ Pick and Place เครื่องหุ่นยนต์ชนิดหนึ่งที่ใช้วางชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ลงบนแผงวงจรพิมพ์ 5. Reflow Soldering คือ การใช้ความร้อนสม่ำเสมอกับส่วนประกอบและแผงวงจรเพื่อเชื่อมประสานแบบถาวร 6.AOI : Automatic Optical Inspection คือ การตรวจสอบด้วยแสงอัตโนมัติ หาข้อผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้น เช่น ข้อบกพร่องของพื้นผิว ข้อบกพร่องด้านมิติ และข้อบกพร่องในการจัดวางส่วนประกอบ 7.Unloader คือเครื่องขนแผง PCB ออกจากสายการประกอบเป็นขั้นตอนสุดท้ายในการผลิต SMT Availability คือ ความพร้อมใช้งานเครื่องจักร ค่า Availability ที่น้อยเกิดจากเหตุการณ์อะไรก็ตามที่ทำให้การผลิตหยุดในเวลาการผลิตที่ได้วางแผนไว้ MTTR หมายถึง Mean time to repair คือ ระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยตั้งแต่เครื่องจักรเสียหายจนใช้งานได้แต่ละครั้ง In this tutorial we will once again be SMT (Surface-mount Technology) basic in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
