Completely Rethinking our Downtown Core in Cities Skylines 2 | Dewy del Mar #13

Today we're revisiting our downtown core and transit hub in Cities Skylines 2! And when I say revisit, I mean I completely demolish our Central Station district and recreate the classic Green Sunken Train Station asset from the Steam Workshop. We'll sink the tracks, add a Starbucks, cover it with gardens, and integrate our bus and tram into a single public transit hub! This will free up some real estate so we can zone higher density buildings in the heart of our downtown.
