Speed Painting Sci-Fi Infantry! The Solaryn Dragoons Kickstarter Sample [How I Paint Things]

The Solaryn Dragoons are a range of 3D-printable sci-fi soldiers scaled to fit with most popular tabletop wargames. The best thing is, being STLs, you can scale them in your slicer to make them larger or smaller as necessary! They've got a really crisp, refined style that I think looks great, and as with previous Quartermaster3D offerings they come pre-supported and print extremely easily. This sample piece was printed at 30 microns (or 0.03mm layer height) on an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro, with each regular exposure layer at 2.2 seconds and a careful lift speed of just 30mm/min. I'm really impressed by the print, and the supports all simply pulled away with just a little warm water. Clean-up was minimal, and took just a few seconds with a small emery board. Certainly much faster than shaving mould lines off a plastic kit!
