How to make indian style pomfret at home! This is one of my favorite recipes because it so crispy and delicious. And whats amazing is that, its easy and can be easily made at home! In this video, I will show you how to make masala pomfret fry at home for you and your family to enjoy. Get ready to devour this yummy fish fry! #masalapomfret #masalapomfretfry #pomfretfishfry #spicepantry Ingredients: 1 tsp. ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp. turmeric powder 2 tsp. red chili powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lime juice 3 tbsp. mustard oil Process: In a small bowl put ginger & garlic paste. Then add turmeric, red chili powder, salt and lime. Once mixed keep this masala aside. Now make 2-3 cuts to both sides of the pomfret, then put salt and lime on the fish. Now apply the masala all over the fish including inside and cuts. Keep marinated fish at least for half an hour. Then heat the oil, once smoke comes out fry the fish in it, each side 2-3 minutes. Your masala pomfret is ready.
