In this weeks video for the #everybitcountschallenge I'm sharing freeze drying beef liver, thumbprint cookies, and a peaches and cream popsicle. Almond Pulp Thumbprint Cookie: 2 cups almond flour 6 tBs softened butter 6 tBs maple syrup 1/2 teas salt 1 teas vanilla 1/2 teas cinnamon Mix in bowl with hands or spatula until wet dough forms. Shape onto a lined ccokie sheet, press thumb to make an indentation and add a dollop of jam. Bake at 350 approx 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Cool before removing from pan.
