2 Trains Working Hard On Steep Hill With Manned Helper Locomotive, Same Engine On 2 Trains + Hi Rail

Trains Being Shoved Up Hill With Manned Locomotive! Same Locomotive Shoves 2 Trains Up The Hill & A Hi Rail Truck Inspecting Railroad Track For Cross Tie Deterioration. 2nd Train Is Really Working Hard & Is Loud! These Norfolk Southern trains are in northern Kentucky. This is the famous hill that runs from the Ohio River at Ludlow all the way through Crescent Springs and to Elsmere, Kentucky. At Elsmere, the locomotive will cut off the train and return back down the hill. Notice in this video that this is the same pusher locomotive on both trains going up the hill. We also have a train going down the hill at the railroad crossing in Crescent Springs. Notice the police cars that pulled over a couple of cars when the third train was coming. I don't have any idea what was going on there. There is always some type of drama going on near the railroad tracks. Lol. We also have a hi rail truck in the video. It is doing some type of track inspections. I had someone say that one of the things that it does is mark bad cross ties with paint. I would like to know more about the cameras that are on it.
