It costed 7 trials with the mission. Although some trials would have been okaish, I chose to restart because the game gets annoying when Capua cripples the eco. The mission was one of the hardest missions in the entire game before it being nerfed hard. Tried to finished the mission without complete single missions for an hour for the extra challenge. I was able to beat the mission this way in the first playthrough as well. The only difference is that I don't care my eco at all and just cling to 1 tc, making the defense far easier in the initial attacks. However, one can reduce the difficulty as following ways. 1. Learn the trigger and exploit them - Sack the capua as soon as it turns into an enemies. - Sack the tpwer pf Dattus' Relebs 2. Make Norman Mercenaries an ally 3. Mine the stone in the middle of the map to cut off the enemies getting tributes periodically Those strats pretty much make the mission easy 3v2. HRE, and Popal States can be dealt with 40 arbs and few siege rams with even before the timer runs out The successful trial starts at 56:16
