A private boat trip is always a great idea in Southern Türkiye. We choose veli's boat tour from the calis beach resort. about 16 of us joined the boat at 9.30am venture around the crystal clear bays of the 12 islands that are near Fethiye town. First we went through Fethiye bay and headed out to the open sea. We visited 5 of the 12 islands in the day. 1st stop Small aquarium. Check the video out to see the waters visibility. Incredible! We had fun jumping off the boat, snorkeling, paddle boarding and lazing around. Next few stops were the same , giving us opportunity to swim or chill. £30 each person which was all inclusive. Lunch was just beautiful and not what you would have expected. Onboard we had backgammon games, cards and lot's to amuse ourselves. We also met other interesting people , so it was a great social day out too. On our way back we stopped of at Şovalye Island. It offered a long beach with shallow waters which was ideal for beginner swimmers or non swimmers. A stunning last stop off enjoyed by everyone! We headed back to Calis at 5pm so a great full day. We highly recommend the Veli boat. A great boat and good staff who made us feel welcome.
