Prince of Orange Philodendron Propagation & Care || Favorite Philodendron!

Here I have an over-grown and very leggy prince of orange philodendron that badly needed to be chopped and restarted. My Prince of Orange is a weird one, looks more like a Mccolleys Finale but in spring it does put out the vibrant orange leaves when it receives natural sunlight. Tricolor? Doesn't matter which of the philodendron erubescens types it is, what I do in this video is relevant to the Prince or Orange, Mccolleys Finale and Red Sun as well as many of the other clumpers. These Philodendrons don't need to be repotted all that often, generally I just give them a repot when they aren't looking their best and I know the growing media is no longer ideal, or if they are seeming root-bound. Because I was dealing with a philodendron with leggy growth, I decided to chop it and propagate it. This will allow a fresh start for the growth for of the plant and will look much better than staking it. I also chopped the stem up and talked about propagating philodendron stem cuttings.
