I first stumbled on Terowie in 2007. It was like a clip out of an old Western movie. So in 2019, I just had to revisit and see if anything had changed. The town sits in off the Barrier Highway, and the Peterborough - Terowie Road, and it was by chance that we pulled in to have a look back in 2007. It is so easy to bypass, but it is a must visit IMHO. The town, once a bustling railway town, is now largely deserted, with only about 100 people now living there, but the buildings remain to remind us of what went before.
