Well, it has 1 flaw that could annoy many people myself included. The issue is the needle depth adjustment mechanism. It is so tight that sometimes it affects the stroke mechanism. There is a way to hold the machine to surpass this problem. Simply hold the blue portion of the machine while adjusting the grip. This issue is by no means a deal breaker for the machine. I bet all we need to do is add more lubricant to the grip and that will fix the issue. regardless of this minor issue, the pen is still a cut above the rest.
