In this Process, Paddy Straw is collected from farms in the form of Bales. Then, it's processed through Chipping & Hammering Machines to reduce its size. Afterward, crushed Paddy Straw having Moisture around 20 - 25 % is fed into Flash Dryer with the help of Screw Conveyor, which helps to reduce its moisture content. The ideal Moisture Content in Raw Material for feeding into a Briquette Machine should be 8 - 12 % only, depending on the raw material type. The Dried Paddy Straw goes into the Briquette Machine's Keep and it Pushes the material into the feeder box, where the raw-material gets punched by the high-pressure mechanical punch. Further, raw material moves into Die Holder where the formation of Briquettes takes place. In the formation of Briquettes, no chemical or binder is used. The Briquettes coming out of Briquette Machine Cooling lines are ready to use. It can be packed in bags or delivered in loose form.
