He was a powerful man of God and stood out for his honesty and truth. He had a strong conviction that he was going to heaven. He served as a Christian endeavour and Sunday school promoter from 1949-1950 in Impur. After accepting Christ as his saviour he pursued theological studies from Allahabad and returned back in the year 1952. He started preaching the gospel and was anointed by the Holy Spirit.
