The automatic EAF sampling and measurement robot, PolySAMPLE EAF, is a smart full automatic solution for sampling and measurement in the EAF. The system is able to perform complex trajectory based on the space available, can be automatically loaded from a dispenser with multiple type of cartridges, can have multiple tools for backup to expand the functionalities, can precisely measure the bath level, and can separate and send the steel sample directly to our automatic cell for steel samples preparation and analysis, PolyLAB.
