MIx thoroughly leave it aside for 1 hour 9. Take the hemp leaves in a pressure cooker 10. Wash and Add Some water 11. Take 3 medium sized tomatoes make into a pure. Process of making gongura motton ( motton cooking process); 1. Take A kadai 2. Add 10 Spoons of oil 3. Add @ medium sized chopped onions 4. Add 6 Slit Green Chillies 5.Add a pinch of turmeric 6.Add 4 big Sized onions paste and 3 spoons of ginger garlic paste. 7. Cover with A lid Saute well 8. Add One Cup of Water 9. Better to use pressure cooker we have to wait for whistles 10. Add 3 spoon of Garam masala. 11. Add Chopped Coriander. 12. Now our Delicious Gongura Mutton ready.
