While some people may think that Calyrex-Shadow or Kyogre are the strongest special attacker, that spot is held by Kyurem-White with a 170 base! This allows its STAB moves in Blizzard and Freeze Dry to go insane while Fusion Flare and Earth Power are great coverage moves! Also, with the Assault Vest and the snow from Alolan Ninetales, it becomes a bulky Restricted!
