Freeze for 30 minutes to harden. 3️⃣ 02:23 - In a medium bowl, combine sugar free chocolate chips with 2 tablespoon coconut oil. Melt in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Option to melt using the double boiler method. 4️⃣ 02:44 - Pour melted chocolate over the top of peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Freeze for 2 hours to set the chocolate. Cut into 12 bars.
