One of the few Hellsing tracks that tend to present a sad tone. I like the slow and aerial beginning with the wind instruments. I found it similar to some parts of the Alien main theme. Maybe because both wants to represent the strange beauty you can find in the dark depth of space or of the night in our case. After this, we arrive in a more poignant phase. I interpret it like the musical representation of injustice. Trumpets and horns, drums, which are usually used for battle/strong themes are suppliant. And finally, the music finds its motive and starts to darken and strengthen. It seems that after the depressive and deep beginning, the music wants to end all things very badly, even if it means damaging your ear. Music composed by Hayato Matsuo
