We take a mid summer drive to Aldeburgh and park in Thorpe Road Car Park. After viewing The Scallop sculpture on the beach we walk into Aldeburgh before pausing for lunch. An afternoon stroll to Thorpeness allows a nice look at the Meare (lake) and gaze and the birds and swans.
