The Blue Flame, Wire Wrapped Pendant. I hope you enjoy it! This is another frame style, a bit of a mix between layering and traditional bezel style. I start with a Marquise shape cabochon which is about 1 inch in length by 1/2 inch wide. The four frame wires are all 20g, square, soft, copper wires. The wrap wires are 22g, half-round. I try to design, what appears complex at first glance, but when you see the build, makes sense and gives the artist room to make adjustments and variations. This is a really simple frame... four wires, all the same size, shaped around the stone in the middle and tied together 2 by 2 with simple half round wraps. This makes a 'bar' and the stone was captured in these first few minutes. The rest of the pendant build, is all design from both sides. From this capture, the Maker can create a symmetrical design or a flowy, asymmetrical design. No solder is needed. Just us, 💞🌞 some simple tools, a bit of wire, and the stone. You have plenty of room to be original, add accent wires, coils, and even beads if you want. The back is designed to be beautiful too. When you're done making the pendant, use this frame and make the Bracelet Cuff!
