As climate change progresses, people with disabilities will be especially impacted: we will have a harder time managing storms, heat waves, economic disruptions, migration, and more. But there are many actions we can take to prepare and adapt. In this presentation, Alex Ghenis of the World Institute on Disability (www.WID.org) explains the basics of climate change, exactly how people with disabilities will be impacted, and actions we can take to ensure our well-being.
