"Paws"itively Fun Fusing!

In this video I am sharing my first results with the new 8 paw mold by Creative Paradise Inc. (CPI), mold number is LF245 and it is available here: https://www.creativeparadiseglass.com... These make great little pocket paws, similar to pocket hearts you may have seen. If you wanted to you could add a bail and wear as a pendant, or hang as a sun catcher, etc. however CPI makes a Holey Paw mold as well that already has the hole (as you might infer from the name!) As you’ll see in the video, I used scrap bits mostly in one, and frit in the other. You can use any combination of scrap, frit, colors, etc. that you prefer, just make sure that it is all compatible. I used all Bullseye & 90 blends in these, including some of the new color combinations by Val Cox. Val’s frit can be found at www.valcox.com. My full firing schedule used is at the end of the video. This was for Bullseye/90. If I were using 96 the schedule would be very similar, but the top temp would normally be a little less, like 1465-1475 and the annealing soak is at 950 vs. 900. But as always, know your kiln as you might need to adjust your temperature ranges and hold times. Thank you for watching and if you like this video, please give it a thumbs up!
