1} Gulache paushtik ladu ------------------------------------------ During monsoon and winter season extra energy is required to body. So need to eat something healthy . Inthis video I am sharing healthy jaggery laddus which is all in one combination of Calcium,Iron,protins and fats. It is very tasty and kids love to enjoy it for short tiffin break. You can eat it at the time of breakfast also. So try this.. Do remember to like and share this recipe. Also subscribe my channel for more videos. Ingredients for 20-22 laddus .2 cup grated organic jaggery .2 cup peanuts .1 cup thin poha .1/2 cup sesame seeds .1/2 cup phutane dal(daria) .1/2 cup grated dry coconut .1/2 cup pure ghee .1 tsp green cardamom powder Method: . Dry roast poha,sesame seeds,daria,peanuts and grated coconut separately. . Separately grind all the ingredients to make fine powder , except coconut. . Transfer all grinded ingredients and roasted coconut in a big plate. . Add cardamom powder and grated jaggery in it. . Now heat ghee properly and pour it on all ingredients in plate. . Mix it properly. . when mixture gets little cool rub it with palm to avoid lumps. . Quickly bind round shaped laddus till the mixture is warm. . Allow to cool at room temperature. . Store in dry airtight container. . Enjoy for 10_12 days.. 2} Khajur peanut ladu -------------------------------------- Today I am sharing very quick,healthy and Iron reach ladoo recipe. Very nutritious for growing kids. It helps to increase hemoglobin. So try this Ingredients: . 1 cup chopped seedless khajur (Dates) . 1 cup roasted peanut powder . 1/4 cup jaggery . 2 tbsp dry fruit powder (Optional) . 1 tbsp ghee Method: . Grind chopped khajur in mixture to make paste. . Heat ghee in a pan ,add khajur paste in it and saute it on low flame for few minute till khajur absorbs ghee and becomes soft. . Add jaggery and mix well, till jaggery get melt. . Lastly add peanut powder and dry fruit powder and mix it well. . When get properly mixed, transfer mixture in flat plate. . Allow it to little cool . When mixture becomes warm and you can handle it properly bind ladoos. . When cools at room temperature store it in dry airtight container for 15-20 days.
