It's not every day that we get the opportunity to see our equipment being placed out in the field. Today was an exceptional day. Rising early, we were privileged to witness firsthand the simplicity and efficiency with which our client replaced a standard valve with the innovative FOCUS-1. By removing their current valve and seamlessly installing the FOCUS-1 in the exact same built-in length, our client was able to significantly upgrade their system. The best part? There was absolutely no need for welding or any modifications to the piping. In just 1.5 hours of work, the installation was complete, and our client was already experiencing more accurate measurement and control capabilities than before. ⏰✅ This particular installation took place at Euroloop who was seeking to enhance the water cooling line for the oil used in calibrating flowmeters. Their goal with FOCUS-1 is to maintain the oil temperature at a stable setpoint. With the FOCUS-1 now integrated into their bypass, they can control the oil temperature with unprecedented precision. 🌡️🎯 By installing FOCUS-1, they have implemented a total control loop, allowing for precise control over the flow without the need for setting up PID settings for temperature deviations influenced by external temperature changes. This advancement ensures that the system remains highly responsive and stable, regardless of outside conditions. 🔄🔝 No more manual adjustments based on outside temperature deviations – a true set-and-forget solution. 🌞❄️ Such moments are a powerful reminder of the impact our solutions can have on operational efficiency and accuracy.
